We're halfway through 2017. Have a cup of tea and an orange.
I've had a nice couple of weeks in the sun in Croatia. I say in the sun, I really mean avoiding the sun. Ascot came in very handy as an excuse to nip inside and watch a race or two - and it was even profitable throwing a few darts.
Back to normality and one of those Saturdays you're better off doing almost anything than watching the racing.
Still, Stott could have a good day at Chester, Buick at Newmarket and Bentley at York.
Varian has a nice two at Windsor and one at York, Fanshawe could saddle the first two in the Northumberland Plate and the French win the Irish Derby. Possibly.
Can't be bothered to stitch all of that into trebles etc, over to you!
Gotta be happy with that.
The Roger Varian treble the nice slab of icing.
Fanshawe wins the Plate at 9/1.
Bentley rides a double.
The treble puts this fund back over £1000 as far as I'm concerned.
My own fund now nicely over £2000.
